How do you choose the products you sell?
We select products based on their eco-friendly criteria, the quality of the product and the price. We try to work with small independent businesses, local businesses and businesses who can demonstrate Quality Management accreditation where possible.
Where do your products come from?
Our products come from wide variety of places including the UK, EU & Asia. We always try to source products as close to home as possible but where necessary we choose to transport via ship rather than air. Why? Because shipping is the one of the most carbon efficient modes of transportation right now. It is said that a big ship will emit about 0.4 ounces of carbon dioxide to transport 2 tonnes of cargo 1 mile. That’s roughly half as much as a train, one fifth as much as a truck and nearly a fifteenth of what an aeroplane will emit to accomplish the same task.
What are your mats made of?
We have a variety of different products made from a wide variety of materials, but we favour natural materials - cork, rubber, organic cotton and jute. We do also stock products made from other materials like organic polyurethane and Oeko-Tex certified materials.
Can we order and collect?
We do not offer a collection service unfortunately as we currently only sell online and do not have a shop front or collection base. We will let you know if this changes though!
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer priority and standard shipping. For orders placed before mid-day, priority shipping means delivery within 1 -2 working days and standard shipping means delivery within 3 – 5 working days.
How do I clean my mat?
Care instructions can be found on our website within the product description. If you have any other questions, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Where can I recycle my old mat?
Some household recycling depots will accept your mat but failing that, if you buy a mat from us, you can return your old mat to us in the box provided and we will reuse, repurpose, or recycle it for you. See more about this service on our recycle page.
What is your refund policy?
If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable you can exchange your purchase for another item/(s) on our website. Alternatively, we are happy to offer free UK returns on any full price and sale items returned to us in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt. If you find that any product is faulty or wish to return an item, please contact us by email or use the contact form on our website. You will however need to meet the cost of returning the product. Regrettably, any products that have been provided with client logos etched or otherwise printed on the product cannot be returned.
I want to buy mats for my studio – do you offer teacher discounts?
We do offer discounts for Yoga Studios and Yoga teachers. Please contact us – we will be very happy to help.

What do I do if I want to complain?
We hope you do not have occasion to complain. Contact us with any issue and we will aim to resolve it for you immediately. Customer service is important to us. However, if your issue is not resolved and you wish to lodge a complaint, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ensure your issue receives our attention.
What packaging will my order be shipped in?
We use recycled or recyclable packaging for all shipments. Always.
The item I wants is sold out – can I put it on back order?
There is a back in stock request function on our site. If you want to know when something will be back in stock, please fill this in and you will get an automatic notification when the item is back in!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, all major credit and debit cards and also offer Clearpay – an interest free option to spread the cost of your purchase
I am having trouble with my discount codes – who do I contact?
Our chat function is probably the quickest way to get feedback during working hours. Outside working hours, email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you asap.
Can I use two offer codes at once?
Only one offer code can be used for a purchase.
Can I personalise a mat with my studio’s logo?

How do I unsubscribe once I have signed up?
To unsubscribe, simply scroll to the bottom of the email you have received and click on the unsubscribe button. We will do the rest and ensure you do not receive any future correspondence.
Do you sell gift cards?
Gift cards are available on our website and can be purchased for any amount from £1 to £500!
Do you ve any deals?
We often have deals on our shop page, but frequently advertise them on our home page.
