These Terms & Conditions will apply between you and Ecological Yoga Mats when you purchase anything from the Eco-Yoga-Mats.com website. These terms & conditions do not affect the rights you may have under any relevant statutory law.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Eco Yoga Mats website. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. Our Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions before ordering from our website. If you do not agree with our Terms & Conditions, you should not use or access this website. Your use of our website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

You must be eighteen years old or older to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use this site with the agreement of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use this site.

2. Shipping

For UK shipping we offer standard and priority shipping.  For orders placed before 11am on a working day, despatch will be same day.  For orders placed after 11am on a working day, despatch will be the following day.  Goods sent by standard shipping will be despatched to the address provided in your order to arrive within 3-5 working days.   Goods sent by priority shipping will be despatched to the address provided in your order to arrive within 1-2 working days.  The stated delivery period within which you will receive your order is approximate. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.  We currently offer shipping to some countries outside the UK upon request. Where shipping is outside of the UK, all local taxes and charges are the for the customer's account and will not be paid by Ecological Yoga Mats.

3. Returns

If you find that any product is faulty or you wish to return an item, please contact us to make arrangements by email eym@mail.com or use the contact form on our website.  All returns must be arranged by the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods. A full refund shall be made for any goods returned in brand new condition. The customer shall meet the cost of returning any product.  Any products that have been provided with client logos etched or otherwise printed on the product cannot be returned.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full prior to despatch of goods.  Where client logos or bespoke designs are required on products, production will not commence until full payment has been received.
6. Liabilities
We do not guarantee, represent , or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error -free. We do not warrant the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of , or the inability to use the service is at your sole risk. Further, in no case shall Ecological Yoga Mats or its officers, directors, employees, or associates be liable for any claim or consequential damages of any kind as a result of using any service or product on our website.
7. Product Descriptions
Merchandise available for sale may change without notice.  All information relating to the products for sale is listed on each individual product description. We aim to keep all the information up to date and current, but we are unable to warrant that all information is accurate. If any errors do occur, they are unintentional, and we reserve the right to correct errors and update product information at any time. We reserve the right to change prices of the products at any time.  We reserve the right to withdraw special offers or coupons at any time.   Any special offers or vouchers provided cannot be used in conjunction with another voucher or special offer.
